Senior UI/UX Designer

At Generator Design Agency, we design brands that connect deeply, and that includes every digital touchpoint. 
We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can turn insight into experience, and experience into impact.

You’ll lead the design of interfaces and digital systems that are intuitive, elegant, and rooted in culture. 
From discovery to delivery, you'll own the user journey and champion human-centered design that drives engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX strategy and execution for websites, apps, platforms, and digital products.

- Translate brand foundations and business needs into structured, usable, and inspiring experiences.

- Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes.

- Design clean, modern interfaces that reflect brand identity and user goals.

- Collaborate with strategists, developers, and creatives to deliver seamless digital journeys.

- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on insights.

- Apply accessibility standards and responsive design best practices across devices.

- Present design rationale clearly to internal teams and clients.

- Guide and mentor junior designers when needed.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a branding or digital agency.

- A portfolio that showcases strong UX thinking, UI aesthetics, and responsive product design.

- Expert knowledge of Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping), Adobe XD, or similar tools.

- Strong grasp of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles.

- Experience with design systems, digital branding, and development handoff workflows.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and pivot between strategy and craft.

- Clear communication skills in English is a plus
