At Generator Design Agency, we build brands that shape culture and drive connection. We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to be the strategic link between our clients and our creative team—someone who can see the big picture, sweat the details, and lead relationships that turn ideas into impact.
You’ll manage key accounts, oversee project delivery, and ensure that every touchpoint reflects both our clients’ goals and Generator’s creative standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, managing day-to-day communications and long-term relationships.
- Translate client objectives into clear briefs and guide internal teams through execution.
- Oversee project scopes, budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration between design, strategy, content, and development teams.
- Lead client presentations, feedback sessions, and strategic reviews with professionalism and clarity.
- Monitor account health and client satisfaction, identifying upselling and growth opportunities.
- Ensure creative output is aligned with brand strategy, timelines, and business goals.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage expectations, and always keep the work moving forward.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a branding, creative, or digital agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital design, and content production.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic fluency is a plus).
- Proficient in project management tools (ClickUp, Microsoft Teams).
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Deep knowledge of MENA markets and regional client dynamics is an advantage.
