Devera is a corporate real estate brand that embodies luxury, heritage, and modern sophistication. With a reputation built on distinction and elegance, the brand needed a refined visual presence that could confidently represent its premium standing in the market while remaining adaptable across high-end property touchpoints.
The challenge was to redevelop Devera’s existing brand elements into a flexible and elevated identity system. The goal was to maintain the brand’s elegance while introducing a modern edge that could scale across digital and print applications. It was essential to create a timeless yet distinctive look that communicated trust, authority, and exclusivity.
We centered our strategy on the symbolism of the shield, representing protection, prestige, and legacy. The visual identity was built to reflect confidence and clarity, drawing from luxury aesthetics and classic architectural lines. Typography played a crucial role in defining tone, combining decorative richness with corporate stability. The modularity of the logo allowed for use with or without the icon, maintaining versatility without losing impact.
- Redesigned the Devera logo using a custom script type paired with a refined decorative shield icon.
- Built a dual-version system for the logotype with and without the icon for flexible application.
- Developed a rich brand language rooted in luxury and architectural precision.
- Created a premium typographic system that reflects sophistication and modernity.
- Designed graphic layouts that convey spaciousness, order, and upscale appeal.
- Produced brand guidelines ensuring consistency in logo usage, spacing, colors, and typography.
The new brand identity elevated Devera’s presence in the real estate market with a luxurious and timeless look. It communicates authority and elegance while offering the flexibility needed for various real estate, investment, and development platforms. The redesigned visual system now serves as a strong foundation for Devera’s growth and expansion.
