GCGC required a cohesive brand identity that could communicate intellectual depth, creativity, and global relevance while remaining accessible to a diverse international audience. The challenge was to design a flexible visual system capable of supporting large-scale physical environments, digital platforms, and multilingual content, while reflecting the conference’s role as a leading educational and creative forum in Saudi Arabia.

- Research & Strategy: We began with in-depth research and stakeholder insights to understand GCGC’s positioning and goals. A holistic brand strategy was developed to align with both the conference's global ambitions and Mawhiba’s core values.
- Creative Concept: We crafted a dynamic and forward-thinking identity built on three foundational elements:
The design story was inspired by nature: just as the moon reflects the light of the sun to brighten the night, ideas can illuminate the world when reflected creatively. This metaphor guided our conceptual direction and storytelling.
- Design Development: A modern, flexible visual system was created, including:
- Brand Guidelines: We delivered a comprehensive brand manual, including rules for consistent use across print, digital, and event applications, ensuring longevity and cohesion.
The resulting identity positioned GCGC as a forward-looking, globally relevant conference with a distinctive voice. It empowered the conference to visually communicate its mission while supporting scalability for future editions. The visual system’s adaptability ensured alignment with evolving themes, speakers, and venues year after year.
